My brother, Caelum;

I am going to tell you a little bit about Caelum Friggle, my straight cash bro.  Caelum is 20 years old, he is turning 21 on March 4th.  Caelum is the one person older then me on the Race.  He lives in Springfield, Missouri USA.  He is the oldest of 4 kids, 3 boys and 1 girl.  His siblings name’s are Daegan, Jaesik, and Braely.  Brandt and Tori are his dad and mom.  Brandt is a pastor and works in construction, he is planning on going to work as a full-time pastor.  Tori works at a cosmetology school and at the church.  Caelum was planning on playing college football but injuries prevented him from doing so. I really like the nickname Caelum got when playing football…”the fridge.”  The Lord has really used injuries to push Caelum to Himself.  Caelum has an amazing story and God is working in mighty ways through him.  He is a great leader and people look up to him a lot.  God has given him wisdom and I can’t wait to see where God is going to take him.

I am going to share 3 things that Caelum does so well and I learned from.

First,  Caelum has great boldness.  He is never afraid of going up to someone and asking them if they know Christ.  When the team is having ministry days of evangelism Caelum is always so passionate in being bold in sharing with people.  I think so often we as Christians miss out of leading people to the Lord because we are not willing to be bold and step out of our comfort zone.  Secondly, the humility that Caelum shows.  The Bible talks so much about how God hates the proud but loves the humble, Caelum puts that into practice.  Humility is huge to being able to advance the gospel so I really respect how Caelum exemplifies that.  Caelum never needs to be first to speak and is always willing to serve from the back.  He mentioned tonight how his opinion does not always need to be shared, something I can really learn from!  Thirdly, the peace and trust Caelum has in God.  So many of us Racers are worried about what is going to happen with our future when we get back into the States, Caelum is very relaxed.  I asked him and he said that he does not need to worry…God has it in control.  That says so much about Caelum as a man, he knows God and not him controls his future.

I could go on for awhile about Caelum, he truly is a blessing to me and the team.  I cannot wait to see where God will take him in the future, he is going to do big things for Christ and HIs Kingdom.  I love him and he is a great brother!
