Good afternoon. I think you should come to Michigan. Here's why:
1. It's the Great Lakes State. There's water all around and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
2. It's sunny out today. I think that's reason enough in and of itself.
3. But the most important reasons are the following: Fundraising for Sam's World Race!
I'm back home in Grand Haven, Michigan for the weekend, and while I'm here, we're going to have a couple fundraisers that you DON'T want to miss!
Saturday (TOMORROW) all day there will be a garage sale at my house!
Everything that I haven't sold thus far is on final sale here tomorrow. Need directions? Please contact me and I can help you out!! We'll be selling clothes (lots of them!!), household appliances, kids toys and stuffed animals, books, and LOTS more.
Sunday (Mother's Day) from 8:30-1:00, before and after the church service at Ferrysburg Community Church
We will be having a bake sale! There will be more there for sale than any one person could eat in an entire year!! All will be homemade by the wonderful ladies: Tina and Rose. They are so talented and so generous. I can't believe that they would want to bake all of this stuff!
At both the garage sale and bake sale I will be selling t-shirts and bracelets. I have new bracelet styles so make sure to check them out!
Lastly, I have finally decided to sell my car. I just bought a brand new car last year, but I can't keep it while I'm away for a year, so my loss is your gain! It only has 14,000 miles on it and is a brand new silver 2011 Honda Civic. Kelly Blue Book has it at $17,000. Please buy it and know that you're helping my world race!!
