CAUTION!

How true this sign is! Sometimes on the race I find myself working, working HARD! Whether it be to set up my tent, deliver a sermon, or clean up my teammates puke there is a lot of hard work on the race. The important thing however is that WE (Men and Woman) aren’t the ones doing the work!

Sure it is our hands or mouths but we are merely vessels! On the way back into town today I noticed this sign, and God stopped me in my tracks. I knew he had placed it at my feet to remind me to stop working so hard by myself and remember it is not me but Christ in me that will bring value to any action on this earth!

I apologize for being MIA with blogging but the bush isn’t the best place to blog from, so now that we are back in “town” I will try to keep you all more up to date with how AWESOME God is moving here in the “warm heart of Afirca.” One of my squad mates has a shirt that says; “I need Afirca more than Africa needs me,” and I can tell you all in my life that is soooo true. Being here has truly opened my eyes and heart so much more to God’s unfailing love, and the beauty of His kingdom. my advice for the day; find a way to go to Africa!

Below are some pictures from our house here in town and our time church planting in the bush, enjoy!
