My eyes filled up with tears as I left my house for a very long time….Leaving all my family and friends. As I’m driving down the road feelings of doubt and fears run through my mind, but I kept going. I made it to launch with my sidekicks aka “Mom and Dad” I eat all the food I can get my hands on (last time eating american food) ahhhh I LOVE IT SO MUCH! By far the greatest part about launch was worshiping with my parents. What a cool moment to be able to hold my dads hand and hug my mom while experiencing Gods presents, But as the days go on the hardest goodbye was approaching fast. I cried a lot…… but they gave me the encouragement I needed to get on that plane. After basically two days of traveling we finally arrive in Bangkok, Thailand. It is so cool here! I got to ride in a truck with an open back on the highway. It was fun ,but terrifying!and people tell me im a bad driver (to all those people I can tell you im not that bad compared to them). In all honesty i’m not a person who likes change, but as I start to experience this Thai culture my fears and anxieties grow smaller and smaller.
