On the World Race, at the end of months 2, 5, 8, and 11, we have what is called “Squad Debrief.” The title of this blog is based on one of my former teammates – every time she heard the word “debrief” she would giggle. ๐

Debrief is such an amazing week. We are given time to simply REST. Each team meets with our squad “parents” and squad leaders. We have nightly worship and teachings. We have time to really catch up on the lives of the rest of THE Q.
This time of debrief was interesting. I was able to spend some good quality one-on-one time with some of my Q brothers and sisters. Meeting with “Mom & Dad” Heesch was very encouraging. Nightly fireside convos were amazing. The espresso milkshakes were delish. The “fire tunnel” was fabulous – [look out for my Valentine’s Day blog to read more about this one…]

We also went on a Q safari. AMAZING! Giraffes, zebras, pumbas, FLAMINGOS, rhinos, & other African wildlife. Even though we did not see any lions, the day was still fantastic. ๐
I absolutely love my Q family. I am so honored and blessed to be a part of this crazy thing we call the World Race. Yep. I love the Q! ๐
