Bonjour! I am in Rwanda!

Rwanda was not originally on our route, but I know without a doubt I am supposed to be here.

30 hours on an African bus from Kenya to Rwanda was not as bad as I had imagined. This is a picture of one of my fave Canadians as we began the trip… no pictures at the end because, well… I wouldn't want to make you shudder. Spending that time with the Q was definitely worth it.

My team and I are staying with Pastor James and his family – wife, daughter, 4 sons — although we’ve only met 3 of the sons. They have given us each Rwandan names – mine is Mbabazi [Bah-bah-zee]. Mbabazi means “full of grace” and/or “forgiveness.”

This month we are going door-to-door in the mornings and preaching at revival every night. Yep. By the end of this month, I will be just like Grandpa Larimore – a preachin’ machine. 🙂

This blog really doesn’t have much to it, but I promise more blogs are on the way. I just wanted to let you know where I am and what I am doing.

P&B! 🙂
Samantha
