Month Two in Peru
Lots of Ministry…

Married quarters.

The inside of our compound which had two classrooms downstairs, two living quarters upstairs, two bathrooms, a chapel, a kitchen, and a shower.

Last day outside the compound/school.

Sometimes when you are in Peru you worship all night long! And sometimes you sing and dance to the same song 9 times over again
. YO SOY LIBRE!

Dia De Los Ninos Parade through the neighborhood.

Last day of school with the kids. Maria Savage, our wonderful host, is on the left. She also is the teacher of both classrooms.

Noah’s Ark skit for Vacation Bible School.

Everything skit at a local school. See if you can find Sam
.

Sammy and Alicia working it in the kitchen! We cooked for our squad for almost two weeks.

Vacation Bible School Party! Singing, dancing, games, and JESUS!

Chilis, chilis, and more chilis! We went to the market to get all our produce for cooking. We also went to the market to pray for people and invite them to church. Who knew evangelism could be so FUN!

Dancing for the families waiting to go into the men’s prison. We were able to entertain them, share the gospel with them, and pray for them!

And our Spanish was put to the test.
And a little bit of fun…

Me and my girls catching the sunset on the beach.

Looks way more graceful than it was
.

All dressed up for the last night in Peru. The boys cooked for us ladies and served us. It was quite a treat.

And here we are!

Checking out some ruins.

Illegal activities in broad daylight.

People of all shapes and sizes.
The most beautiful art mural along a busy city street.

That’s a wrap! Just a few hours before leaving Peru for Ecuador.
