I had prayed from the beginning that some way, some how the Lord would provide a way for me to be fully funded before I launched with the race, and provide He did — a mere 5 days before I launch. Wow. This year has been such a whirlwind from the moment I found out about the race to now as I am actively preparing to depart. It has been a year full of plans and prayer, fears, and utter excitement at the unknown. But I wouldn't be sitting here right now, writing this blog, if it wasn't for you, my sweet prayer warriors and my financial providers. Thank you for praying, thank you for listening, and thank you for sewing into this call that the Lord has placed in my heart. Thank you for trusting me enough to send me to the nations. My heart is so full and so honored with the love and support that has been thrown my way. It means so much to me!

My world race funds are met! That's $16,285 that you, my friends and my family, have helped me raise. However, I am still working to raise money that will fund me on a more personal level. Here is what I am looking at:
Prescriptions for the 11 months: $500.00
Vaccinations: $1,100.00
Personal needs (i.e. toiletries, etc.): $400.00
Monthly financial need budgeted at: $200.00 per month.
