Dear Men,
I hope that after reading this you will let go of everything you are holding on to, and follow Jesus. I hope that you feel God speaking to you through this. Please message me with any questions. I’m praying for you and I’m fighting for you. I am on your side. God, is on your side.
I am writing this to you because I genuinely LOVE and care for you, please know that. I hope you feel as convicted to change as I do.
I am wondering what happened to the warriors, and the pioneers. I am wondering why I see a pattern around the world. A pattern of cowardly men and fearless women.
I see a pattern of men selfishly taking themselves out of the equation, and women picking up the slack. As I walk the streets in Africa, I see women taking care of children, preparing meals, keeping everything clean and organized and even providing the income. Then I see the men, walking around drunk, completely naked or begging. Yes it’s true, I’ve seen grown men walking the streets naked! It’s heartbreaking and looks pathetic. This is not who God intended us to be.
As I travel the world I see a pattern. The world is crying out for good men, and it’s just as bad here as in the United States.
In the U.S.A. I see men who are very successful, or at least pursuing success. I see men being very manly on the outside, with big houses and trucks and all the riches, but on the inside they are scared and not satisfied.
I see men who are afraid to show emotions. I see men becoming addicted to porn or alcohol, cheating on their wives, getting divorced and destroying their families. I see men who are afraid to sacrifice, afraid to fail and afraid to love. I see men getting women pregnant and running away.
Listen up men, your riches will crumble and fall. They will collect dust and will never love you back. The promiscuous women you chase will satisfy you for a moment but leave you worse off then before.
The sex, drugs and alcohol WILL destroy you. Trust me, I lived it. I’m not some goody goody telling you you’re all sinners. I am a man who knows the truth and beauty of a relationship with God. I am a man who knows what life is like with and without God. I am a man warning you, you will never be satisfied without God. Life with God is completely satisfying, I am a man who is never searching or striving for anything, because I have all I need. God.
It’s time to change. Stop blaming my generation for every problem in this world. Men, we are the problem! Stop blaming!
BE A MAN.
If you want to see a change, put God first:
Love your kids and your wife.
Stop watching porn.
Stop playing Xbox.
Stop getting drunk.
Stop being lazy.
Go get involved in church, go serve others.
Go on mission trips
Surrender your life to Jesus
And please STOP BLAMING! Stop feeling sorry for yourselves.
Are you tired of hearing women bad mouth men? Well, prove them wrong! Step up and take care of them. Lead them to Jesus. God did not make them to be “independent”, but they need to see you submitting to God before they can submit to you.
Now, for all The Godly men out there, step up and lead.
Lead bible studies and missions.
Start up ministries.
Show the world that real men follow Jesus.
Walk by faith!
Show your emotions, be vulnerable and LOVE!
SERVE! SERVE! SERVE!
Tell God to take away your pride and help you walk humbly.
Preach, teach and get that fear out of your heart.
Pray with your family often!
Have bible studies with your family!
Go on missions with your family!
Thank you to all the good men out there who are submitting to God. I know there are a lot of you out there so please join me in seeking out the lost men. Please join me in fighting for the men of this world that are trapped, blind and hurt. Let us partner with God in winning their hearts back from the enemy.
No more waiting, or sitting around watching it happen. Let us be bold warriors for Christ, and bring men to Jesus.
God has lit a fiery passion in my heart for seeking out lost men. I ask that you will join me, don’t just pray for me, actually join me! Go out this week and start seeking out lost men. Go make disciples!
“Lord I pray you will use us to bring men back to you. I pray that this is the generation of revival! That we as your children will be fishers of men, disciples who make disciples ,who make disciples and on and on. I pray that in 2018 the world looks different because more men are surrendering to you. In Jesus name, amen!”
Ps. Please also encourage women. Let them know that there are good men out there. Speak truth to them and build them up, don’t tear them down. Help them understand that bad mouthing men will not fix anything. Let them know that they are capable, needed and beautiful. Let them know that God created them to be with men, not to be alone or against men. Let them help you and be vulnerable with them. No more “battle of the sex’s”. Partner with them, we need each other and we need God to be the center of our lives. Most importantly always point them to Jesus.
