I have been having a bible study with a family down the street from my ministry contact in the Philippines. First, the bible study started with me and a guy named Rodel. However, every time I go back to have a bible study it continues to grow. Everyone does not come every day but people are flocking to this bible study. I was walking down the street this morning to the bible study with my bible in my hand and some people shouted out to me “Ryan! Can we have a bible study in my home this morning?”. Everyone knows your name around here if you introduce yourself one time. haha Anyways, I said “Well I am going to a bible study up the street right now if you want to join us”. So her and her friend started walking up the street about 3 minutes later and joined our bible study. Then as we started the study another guy joined in with us. So far we have had 10 adults participate in the bible study and there are more that say they want to participate. It is absolutely amazing how many people want to know the word of God around here if someone will only teach them. Please pray that this bible study will continue after I leave the Philippines. I do not want to see this amazing thing collapse because one person left the study.
