Hello everyone,
This month things have changed quite a bit. After 4 months of Eastern Europe, my team and I hopped on a bus to Bucharest for debrief. This debrief however would be a bit different than usual. Big news awaited us as we settled down in “little Bucharest” (our hostel). Once everyone arrived at the hostel, the discussion and wondering about “team changes” began. Everyone wanted to know who they’d be spending the next 7 months with! After a day of wondering and waiting… team changes were finally announced. Team Iron Life would be splitting up and each of us would be traveling to the beautiful country of India with 6 new teammates.

So far I’ve had a great time with this group. Everyone is laid back, humorous, positive and very flexible with whatever comes our way. Four great character traits to have in a country like India.
Currently we are working with ICM ministries (India Christian Ministries). This Christ centered organization is growing quite rapidly. They currently have over 20+ programs now, reaching many areas throughout India. Some of these programs involve orphan ministry, church planting, clean water projects, feeding the poor, disaster relief and many more. The program we’re working with is CWC (Covenant Worship Center). These worship centers are located throughout urban areas in Hyderabad, India. They are raising up new worship leaders and training these students in musicality, media, drama, english, youth ministry and leadership. It’s incredible to see what God is doing through these men and women who love to worship the King! It’s encouraging to see people of different faiths come to worship sessions and be dramatically changed by the Love of Christ. Hindus, Muslims and Buddhists are radically finding direct communication with the One True God at Covenant Worship. I’ve never seen anything like it, these people LIVE to worship their creator!
