It{s 18:07, and we are in Villahermosa Mexico.

The race has been good so far. Just two really long bus rides. One was like 12 hours or so. Nice buses though. It just stinks lugging stuff around. Pretty much everyone is thinking of ways to eliminate stuff so our packs are lighter. We{ll see though.

The requirements that we have to do for this race are

  • take a picture of our team in front of a taco stand (we did that last night. i didn{t eat though cuz I didn{t want to re-upset my stomach) I{m pretty hungry now though.
  • interview one person and blog about it later. (we did that, just have to remember stuff about her)
  • pray and lay hands on three native people (we haven{t done any yet, but i so had a chance yesterday as this guy who some english showed me where an <ATM was. and i asked him if he goes to church, but i didn{t even think about asking him to pray for him. but i know how to ask that in spanish now though. )
  • when we get to the finish line, we have to climb up the tallest (mayan) temple and take a picture of our team with some other temples in the background.

I have taken some pictures . . . of course, haven{t been able to photoshop them or get them off my camera yet, but you best believe that you{ll see em soon.

just pray for our team as a whole that our travel will remain safe. Annie is having some trouble with adjusting to things and stress of unknown things too, kinda like me. But all in all we are doing pretty well.

not sure when i{ll talk to ya next, but till then……….
