We all spent 5 days or so in Buenos Aires as some sort of ministry practicum. My team stayed at a hostal by ourselves and pretty much just spent time together as a team. We didn’t have much team time at all in Lima, so we kinda made up for lost time in Buenos Aires. It’s a really cool city…and we had a great time sight seeing, going to the zoo, eating together and just hanging out together. There was also a big missions conference going on, so I went to that one night too. It was kinda cool. And we were getting accustomed to having another new team member, Tim Weisemann.

Our new team photo (with Tim, back left) at a restaurant called ‘Siga La Vaca’, translates to Follow the Cow. It’s a steak place where you pay an equivalent of $14, and you get all you can eat MEAT!!! It’s insane! and a liter of pop or whatever. Oh man….so good!

Ok, so it’s just this huge grill in front of you that you bring your plate up to, and the guy loads you up…then there’s two rooms behind this that are filled with grilling meat! Greg you would freakin love this place!!!
I have to say…that I am ready to be back into some ministry. It seems like we haven’t done any ‘official’ ministry in a while…i mean we spent like 4 days in Cusco and Machu Picchu, then 5 days in Buenos Aires, 2 days traveling here, and now we’re gonna spend pretty much a week here and then a day or 2 travel to Mozambique before we actually start doing stuff again….and i don’t know if i just feel unproductive or wasting away…but something like that. but i don’t know if i should feel like that.
anyway…….
