Hey everyone sorry its been awhile since my last blog post! I wanted to share with you about my experience to the Jungle! We went to the southern border of Ecuador that borders Peru and got to minister to some incredible tribes down there! The jungle was an incredible experience for me even though at times it was rough. When we were in the jungle I really just had a peace about the World Race and knowing that this was my true calling and put my own issues aside and was able to show the Love of Jesus to people in those villages and see just a joy on their faces. We got to have worship and teachings for people in the villages to come to every night we were there. I remember one night specifically we had anyone who needed prayer for something to come up so we could pray over them. That night 3 people were healed from something physical! The next day me and 2 of my squad mates got the chance to actually go into a Peru village and that day got to do house visits and share Jesus with them and sing songs all together. It was a really incredible experience because only 1 other group of missionaries have been to that village and it was amazing to see just a joy in the village and for them to be so excepting of us and even making lunch for us. God moved so much in a short time in the jungle, and I will never forget just seeing the kids smiling and just enjoying playing games with us. Some things that were a bit rough in the jungle were eating grub worms, all of the spiders!!, the heat, and finally a drink they have in the jungle called Chicha. How Chicha is made is its from a uka plant which is similar to a potato and the ladies chew it and then spit it into the container they hold it in and they let it ferment there. yes literally fermented spit,  but sometimes sharing the gospel has its challenges.

Love and miss you all so much!
