Over the past few weeks I have transitioned from one work station to another. I am currently still learning all the Ins and Outs of logistics, but there is one thing that I have learned recently that I believe God has been trying to teach me for a while.
YOU CAN’T DO THIS ALONE!
I have struggled and powered through most of my assignments and to my coworkers surprise managed to get everything done without collapsing. God has been slowly and steadily teaching me that I can accomplish so much more though him and in him by taking things a little at a time instead of all at once. You’d think a college graduate would have learned this by now, but fortunately, I’m still learning.
Another thing God has been teaching me is that, while I may be a doer and that I may try and accomplish everything myself, I still can’t do it alone. I have other people that I can rely on. I have my boss, my friends, my coworkers, and of course I have HIM! It’s been a rather humbling experience to realize that I have been given a task that I cannot accomplish on my own and I feel like God is trying to teach me to not rely only on my own strengths, but of those around me. It’s something I will have to learn to do by the time I leave for Puerto Rico in January.
I’m sure that with God’s help I can accomplish anything! I may not be able to do it alone, but I can sure as heck get it done with help from Him and others!
