Welp, there we have it.

Month 6 is officially finished…leaving towards Mozambique Tuesday afternoon and should arrive Thursday sometime. (That should be a good amount of time in buses, a train and a few stations….getting kinda used to that by now!)

I wanted to sum up South Africa for you with a few pictures. This place is absolutely beautiful but what really made the beauty was the children we got to love on this month. It was a hard month for me, and me and Jesus wrestled out a few things. But I leave this month greatly encouraged that God STILL has not changed!
Enjoy:

Welcome to our little tent village…mine is the 6th one from the front. i have actually gotten some of the best sleep this month and m quite thankful for my little sleeping pad.

This is our group of kids on the last day of ministry. We love them all so much and take them in our hearts with them. Pray for them…home life is not great for them. 🙁

This is one of the many games we played with the kids. We stretched, sang songs, did soccer drills, played games and then ended the afternoon with a bible lesson and snack.

Me and Lavinda (this is Abigail's sister)

Me and Machaela really connected. She has such a sweet spirit and a calming presence to the group.

Me and two beautiful sisters. Yamondae and Semy

Saying goodbye to the kids on the last day.

Keep praying for these precious kids as we leave. I know that God's love stays with them even as we leave and before we got there. I am just so thankful He allowed to be a small part of their lives for several weeks.

And on to Mozambique we go! We will be working at a boys home there. The details are a bit vague at this point, but it sounds like a boarding school of some sort and we will probably be teaching school, bible classes and possibly doing some maintenance things too. We probably won't REALLY know what the month will look like until a few days in. Internet may be sketchy so I am unsure of the amount of blogs you will see, but I promise to update as soon as I can. Love love love to all of you!
