As the squad leader my first priority is to the guys and gals on this team – no question. THEY are my ministry. Sure I get out and serve the people we’re here to minister to. BUT, my main role is to pastor this group of 26 Americans I’m traveling with. And that can look a lot of different ways. Lately we’ve had a couple girls struggling with support raising.
