Our 2nd day in Coleraine, Ireland we had a training session on healing by Mark Marx. It was quite an incredible experience and right in front of our eyes about a handful of people on our squad were healed. You can read blogs about legs growing at (renemycorn.theworldrace.org).
After he left our home, I wanted to put this teaching into practice. I asked a few of the girls on our squad to meet up after dinner to pray for my eyesight. I desperately desire to be able to see without the need for glasses.
After dinner, I sat on a chair as they all gathered around me on their knees. One after one they all shared with me how much I am loved by my Heavenly Father. They spoke beautiful truth over me and commanded through the power of Christ that my eyes are fully restored. I opened my eyes and nothing happened. There was not improvement or slight change in my ability to see clearly.
We continued to pray for other girls with their own need of healing. After we prayed, one of the girls joking asked that we would pray for her acne. We all encouraged her to sit down and receive the healing. Our prayers were lifted to the Father's ear and he began to work. In front of my very own eyes, I clearly seen the acne fade away from her face and I nearly freaked out! In fact, I think I screamed for a second in amazement and awe of God.
The lesson I learned that day was not only about the power and authority we have in Christ. But that the Father, our Creator cares about us. It may have seemed like an insignificant request to be healed of her acne but God showed us that He cares for His children. In that moment in Ireland will forever be ingrained in my heart. It was an incredible experience that brought me in complete awe of the Father's love for His children.

Ps. The next day after this amazing healing training, about 15 racers went to Belfast, Ireland to see Will Reagan and United Pursuit in Concert at a church.
