Being a World Racer,
One of the most terrifying but yet challenging time in my life is preparing for this 11 month mission trip. I’ve struggled with being obedient to the call of God in my life. I always wanted to make money and live a good life but realized God has more for my life then that. It wasn’t till January that I really felt mission work on my heart. The best part about this year long mission trip isn’t that I’m going to 11 countries, it allows me to be a true disciple of Jesus Christ in areas that need the hope of the gospel.
Throughout this trip we will be doing many things but the main things are:
- Planting Churches
- Working in prostitution camps ministering to women and children
- Giving the love and hope to everyone I come into contact with
- Discipling at orphanages
- Growing with everyone on my team
- Being a Kingdom builder through the area we are in
The work God is going to do in my life and through my life for these people outweighs anything. My soul is yearning to leave asap for this trip because I can’t wait and know what God is calling me to do. Lately, everything I’ve realized has been preparing me for this over the years and everyone I continue to come into contact with is teaching/showing me something all the time.
