Ever put God in a box thinking this is what he is like? He can’t be like this, doesn’t like this, or judges us for this? That’s where I learned quickly how amazing our God really is. How much he is like us in so many ways. Just be prepared for more then a God but a best friend. Be prepared to learn who God truly is. well an understanding.
God is understanding. He doesn’t push. He doesn’t force anything.He just loves. Hears. Listens. And is always there for you. God is the I am.He has a sense of humor and loves a good laugh. He knows how to crack a joke with the best of them. God has good taste in music. He can cook. Can come in the form of anything he wants to just to reveal himself mighty and help us in whatever way is necessary during our trials and joys.
God is a Healer. He wants to protect us and is honest so we can get the best out of ourselves. He will never leave or forsake you. Even when you think through the hurt, the death, the trials, tribulations, joys, blessings, when we need God the most and feel like he isn’t there…He says “I’m here, take a deep breath and fix your eyes on me. When all you see is the pain in your life that’s when you lose sight of me”.
The best part about God is he is the truth and he will set everyone free.anyone who accepts, proclaims that he is God is saved and set free. But the best part about our loving God is his love was so deep and strong for us that he died on a tree. His love left a mark on the wrist and feet. It’s the greatest mark of love that will ever be shown. The nails. The pain. The cry to his father. All so we can know him and be free from out sins through him.
God is a personal God and wants to know you! He chooses to listen to everything you have to say even when he already knows what’s coming out. He loves seeing things through your eyes. Even if you can’t see it, he says “your in the center of my love and purpose for your life”. What you want is good but what I have for you is perfect.
Ever think God punishes people because he wants to? no! God’s doesn’t need to punish people because sin is it’s own punishment. Everything you perceive to be a mess in your life is working for your good. You can’t see it now but you will with God’s hand on it. Just realize how good he is. How much he loves you. Even when your confused and don’t see it, it’s there. always!
Our lives are so perfectly wild. We need God in our lives to be the gardner to help plant, water, and bloom our lives. Too many times we let things consume us. we listen to the voice inside our heads instead of the gardner. Listen to him! the pain. the suffering. the confusion.. focus your eyes on him. breath. and watch God take your hand and lead you over the water. the obstacles in your life that has been weighing on you.
Think being with God is a religion? No that’s to much work. He doesn’t want slaves. he wants friend. families. to share life with. He just wants to see people change. see how people know what it’s like to truly be loved.
In conclusion: God can work incredible good out of the tragedies but doesn’t mean he worked the tragedies. Don’t forget the journey! Everything you do matters. Everyone and Everything you love matters. Be quick to forgive and every act of kindness changes the world. Become like a child again; or maybe a child you were never allowed to be with your faith.
