Remember how I said stay tuned for more changes?
We thought this month would continue to take place in Lehze, Albania working on the farm, taking care of the pigs, goats, and finishing up the manual labor projects we had planned.

A few days after getting settled, our squad leaders announced that we were needed somewhere else.
Our squad has been called to Lesvos, Greece, one of the islands right next to Turkey. We will be supporting Euro Relief, partnering with the UN, to help receive Syrian refugees. We will be working to meet their basic needs – warm clothes, a place to change, food, water, sleeping bags, and medical attention as they prepare to continue through Greece to the rest of Europe.
Our squad is excited for this opportunity, but we have no idea what to expect. The island that we are going to work on is a dangerous island for the refugees to reach. The 3000-4000 refugees that make it to the island will be thankful to be alive.
What was just news to us yesterday, is about to become more real than we ever though possible. Prayers for physical, spiritual, emotional, and psychological strength for the entire squad would be greatly appreciated!
Updates to come.
