During the race I decided that I would make a video for each month/country. I followed through with the first six videos, but then the going got tough in Africa and I slacked off. So here you have it folks, month nine (I skipped Africa, ha. I'll go back to it) THAILAND!
In Thailand we worked with an organization outside of Chiang Mai that provided a home for children at risk of entering the sex trade. It was operated much like an orphanage, except these kids aren't orphans. These kids come from poor villages where it is all too easy to sell children for a weekend or like into the sex industry. Our organization aims to get the children out of those villages, give them a safe home, send them to school, and tell them about Jesus. They do an amazing job!
