Hello everyone!!  Thank you so much for coming to my World Race page!!

Otherwise read on for some information (taken from the loads of questions I receive!!) about what the heck the World Race is and why I would want to do it!!

The World Race is an 11 month, 11 country mission trip.  One country each month.  My squad (D SQUAD! 2nd generation) has 40 people- 33 girls and 7 guys!!  (AHHH!!!  Let's get more men on the mission field!!)   Our squad is divided into six teams.  My team, TEAM NIGHTVISION, is a group of 6 amazing women from all over the US!! 

All six teams on our squad will be going to all of the same 11 countries, but we will be going to differently ministries within those countries.  Each of the ministries is already established in the country, so they know the needs of the community and have already established a relationship with them.  We could be working with orphans, homeless, street kids, victims of trafficking, new churches, church leaders, doing street and door to door evangelism, or anything that we are called to do within that community!!

The countries I am going to are:

Guatemala                                        El Salvador                             Honduras

                              Ukraine                                        Romania

Kenya                                                 Uganda                                 Tanzania

Thailand                                              Malaysia                                Cambodia

I bet you are now wondering how much this costs??

Great question!!

The entire cost of the trip, for everything that I need from the time my feet leave Ft. Lauderdale, FL in January and arrive back in the US sometime in November of 2012, is included in the $15,500 that I need to raise. 
$15,500.
The cost is split up into 4 deadlines-

October 2nd- $3,500 (Check!!)
December 18th- $6,500 (Check!)
April 1st- $11,000 (Check!)
July 1st- $15,500 (CHECK!) FULLY FUNDED!!!

I will keep the amount I need left to raise updated on the link on the left where it says "Support me! _______ Left!"

The numbers are big but God has proven great provision to me so far, and I have no reason to doubt that the funds will not come in!
