It astounds me that it is almost month 4. The relationships that I have built and the people I have met are all amazing and I still have more months to go. It is a couple days after thanksgiving in America and although it is not a huge holiday in my house (although we still cook) I am definitely craving some stuffing!

Ministry is still going strong here in Zim! It is crazy how fast the month is going by for me. I love getting to work with kids and build relationships. Our ministry host (who is also our home host) is super awesome. He is a genuine guy who loves his family and loves serving the lord. He has a great sense of humor and connects well with everyone.

*Quick update with what is happening here in Zim*

There was a little conflict with the government and army and it is all over now. The president decided to resign and they will put in a new president sometime soon. Me and my team and my squad are all safe and there was never a scare with safety for anyone.

A tradition we have at my house is every thanksgiving we go around the table and say what we are thankful for… and I am going to list a few things I am thankful for.

First things off I have to be thankful for my family. They are very supportive of me and they push me to be the best me. Shout out to my parents for being the best. I love them both so much and I couldn’t ask for better parents. Also, quick shout-out to my brothers for being great, I would love it if my Xbox and computer were not touched with while I am gone 🙂

Secondly, I am thankful for all my other supporters. People who constantly give me advice and love. It is awesome to know I have people at home who are praying for me as I travel the world with a backpack and a plan to change the world. Also, a quick update about my financial stuff, I am happy to say that I am fully funded! Thank you to everyone who donated and helped me get to where I am! I could not have done it without you and your generous heart.

Lastly, I am thankful for what is to come. I have grown so much in the last few months and I can only grow more. Although it has been seasons of ups and downs I am excited for what God has in store for me. I am not completely sure of what I want to do when I get back home but I know I have people who love me, and God to guide me. Whether I stay with AIM and eventually squad lead, or go to college and study chemical engineering, I know that my world can be rocked at any moment.

I hope everyone had a great thanksgiving with their families and I wish everyone the best luck on black Friday and cyber Monday!

Thanks to everyone for the love and support, It means so much to me
