God has continually been reminding me of how essential it is to be putting on the
armor of God daily, Paul writes in Ephesians 6:10-20 concerning this.

Verse 10 says, “Finally be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power.” As I searched out
what this phrase meant,I found this,  “that human effort is
inadequate but God’s power is invincible.”

Verse 12 says, “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers,
against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual
forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” As bad as I have wanted to be angry or hold resentment
at teammates and family God has continually been showing me there is so much more going on
than meets my eyes. And even though it is easiest to be mad at a person at a tangible being
, this verse says it is the unseen that we are battling against not the person.

I read a book called Awaken the Dead, and in it was a story taken from Daniel 10. It has
opened my eyes immensely to this spiritual realm Ephesians 6:12 talks about. Daniel receives
a revelation about a war. Daniel then mourns and cries out to God for 21 days, he restricts
his diet, he does everything to hear an answer from God. Then on the 24th day an angel appears
to him. The angel says to Daniel in chapter 10:12, “Then he continued,”Do not be afraid, Daniel.
Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before
God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them.”
The angel then goes on to describe in verses 13-15 that there was a battle between him (the angel)
and a demon. And the angel called on an angel with more authority, Michael to help him.
The chapter goes on to say that Daniel was speechless and bowed with his face to the ground.
forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” This battle is for each of our hearts.

There is so much more going on than what we can see. This spiritual battle is not against
one another, not against family members, a wife and a husband, teammates, “it is against rulers
against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual

How do we fight this battle? Well the choice is each of ours, Ephesians 6:17-18 says,
“Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With
this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.”
I need to be reminded of this battle that is beyond my eyes continually, because so easily
I can forget because it is the unseen. And then I begin to think the quarrel is against
flesh and blood (the person). And dissension begins to build and division begins to take
place. And then the “devil’s schemes” are short termed winning.

All praise and glory to Jesus as we know He is in control and allows all that happens, and
He has already WON!

THANK you so much for all of your prayers, thank you for the encouraging words, and thank
you for supporting the cause of taking Jesus to the ends of the earth.
Matthew 28:19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name
of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
