HEYYYYY FRIENDS!!
Shout out to all my new subscribers! So throughout the race I will be updating my blog. Kind of just telling you about all the AWESOME, hard, tough, GREAT, and Miraculous moments that will be taking place on the World race. Im gonna be real with you guys, so Get ready for ALL the stories 🙂
I actually am just writing this quick blog to update you guys and tell you where Im at.
First of all God is so good because I have 10,000 dollars raised… maybe even a bit more. I have enough to launch, which means I get to leave with C squad on January 9th for Honduras, in Central America. Ahhhhh the emotions I feel right now are pretty much EVERYTHING! I’m so excited but I’m also nervous. Which is probably normal. I mean traveling all over the world, leaving my family for 11 months, meeting different people from all different cultures of life… its kind of overwhelming! BUT with all these emotions comes PEACE.
For real. I have never felt so much peace in my life. The bottom line is, I know this is God’s will for me! I know this is where He wants me.
The desire of my heart is to show people the Love of Jesus. By actions, by words, basically any way I can in that moment in time! Will there be tough times.. YES. I will probably encounter the hardest moments of my life.. But everything I do is for the Glory of GOD… so I have Peace.
SOOOO HERES THE NEWS! I LEAVE IN 2 WEEKS FOR THE WORLD RACE!! AWESOME RIGHT?? I fly into Atlanta on January 6, 2014… after 3 days of teachings, ect my whole C SQUAD will fly out to Honduras.
The thing about the race is we have no idea what we will be doing until we get to our actual site of ministry! It can be anything from manual labor to teaching english to working in an Orphanage. Whatever it is tho, the need is there, so we GO and Give everything.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for giving, reading and just encouraging me! I’m excited for these next 2 weeks so I can just spend it with my family making memories. I know when January 6 comes that I will be ready to Goooooo! Pray for me, I need it 🙂
