I wanted to write and update all of you on what's been going on in my life the last 7 weeks. It's been a rollercoaster of emotions and a whirlwind of a time for sure! I feel so blessed to be here doing what I'm doing but I need your help to continue. I currently have $6,208 out of the $10,500 needed by a rapidly approaching Jan. 1st deadline. (I need $14,300 to be fully supported for the year) For those that are unaware or forget what I'm up to this year, feel free to subscribe to my ongoing blog robintaylor.theworldrace.org for updates as well.

I'm on an 11 month, 11 country mission trip with 51 other people from around the US and Canada. We're split up into 8 teams and have different ministry sites within the same countries throughout the year. Our scheduled route is Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Thailand,  Cambodia, another unknown Asian country, Malaysia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi. We've already been to Guatemala and Honduras. In Guatemala, my team and another team were stationed in Antigua and worked with a few different ministries. We volunteered at an old folks home called Casa Maria aka: the grandpa house, a center for malnourished babies called Casa Jackson, and a hospital full of kids with Cerebal Palsy. In Honduras, we worked with an organization called Zion's Gate. I absolutely loved this place and truly hope/plan to return in the future one day, God-willing. The entire squad lived together and worked with various ministries as needed. My team and I worked at the school summer camp teaching English, teaching Bible stories, and playing games with the kids. We also built relationships with the teen that our contact Tony has brought off the the dangerous streets of Los Pinos. He's taken them off the streets, mentors them, provides possibly the only stable father-figure they know, and gets them back into school – when possible, with a Christian education. This month in Nicaragua, my team and team Kaleo is living/working at an orphanage on a self-sustaining island.

Life is good and there has already SO much growth within all of us! Continue to pray for my team and I as well as the rest of B-Squad! Keep me updated on ur lives as well… I'd love to hear about what's going on!
