I have to give the folks at AIM a hand. They have prayerfully and carefully placed us in our teams and  each one is God-ordained. In the few days we had together as a set team, I’ve realized that our strengths complement someone else’s weaknesses, that our giftings will be built up by those in our teams, that GOD is in these teams. So, without further ado, here are the people with whom God has placed me:

Anna Notario
If you need compassion or energy, you just come to Anna! She is such a refreshing person to be around. This woman of God is what I call a prayer warrior! She’s tough, but that hasn’t hardened her heart in any way. (Also, she owns a frozen banana business, which ups her cool points by about 20.)

Audrey Powell
If you want to talk about the voice of an angel, you’ll want to talk about Audrey! She’s quiet, but she’s also funny and fierce! She’s got a heart for others and is always watching out for those who might be feeling hurt. She’s empathetic and I admire how she is so sensitive to the pain and hurt of others. Her prayers are so sincere and I can’t wait to watch her love on the nations!

Representing Starbucks dutifully, Audrey is on the left, Rebecca is on the right!

Rebecca Campos

Love this woman! She has a passion in her heart for the Word of God and can really get people to open up. She really listens to the Lord and follows His leading. She is such a strong woman, yet she is not afraid to cry when her heart is broken for someone or something. She also has a deep desire to know where people are spiritually and to help them along their journey to God. She’s a great singer and is someone from whom I can learn so much!

Jodi Greenlee

Oooh, our “Mama Bear”! Jodi’s great- she is kind and compassionate and can really speak truth into people’s lives. She’s not afraid to probe deep into what people are thinking and feeling and she never fails to make me giggle. Fun-loving and yet serious, she’s a great combination of many great qualities!

To avoid any possible confusion, Jodi is on the right

Matt Patch

What can I say about this man of God? He is such a blessing to our team, so comforting and encouraging. He makes us laugh uproariously. And his heart and passion for people? It’s incredible. He sees a need and he works as hard as he can to meet that need. He also worries about us girls a lot, which we don’t make any better by running off by ourselves! : ) He also has mad bowling skills, as evidenced by the following picture:

Matt is on the left, Adam is on the right. They are very serious when it comes
to thinking about hunting in Africa!

And last, but certainly not least, our amazing team leader,
Adam Coleman
I think I’m not supposed to use the words “Team Leader” around him anymore, but he is so made for this role! Hearing him speak the Word of God brings chills to your arms. Among many others, he brings a caring soul, a listening ear, an ability to compassionately call you out for not living in truth and sweet guitar-playing skills to our team.

So this is our team, the 7 Camels. We chose that name because camels start and end their day on their knees. What a great example for a team that is dedicated to following God’s will!

I can’t wait to bring the Kingdom with you guys!
