So you might remember a few months ago, I mentioned that I could raise an additional $1500 after being “fully supported” with $14,300 to get reimbursed for some of the expenses I had to pay before the race.  Well, thanks to God being awesome and God using you awesome people, I have reached that goal.  I have now officially raised the maximum amount in my support account.  Which means you should stop sending money to it.  Thank you so much for all of the support y’all have given during my time on the race so far.  It has been such a blessing.

If you still feel God calling you to use your finances to bless others, the ministry I’m working with this month would be a great place for that.  If you go to their website, you can find out how your money can sponsor a child or support the ministry.  There are so many children here who could definitely use your help.  In fact, I’m sure they’ll be talked about on my blog over the next couple weeks so just keep reading my blog if you want some ideas.  There are also additional ways you can support the ministry/the work it does.  Such as prayer.  I hear that’s a good thing to do.
And if you still feel God calling you to use your finances to bless me, I definitely wouldn’t say no to that.  In just 3 1/2 months, I’ll be heading home (I can’t believe the Race is nearly over!)  And when I get home, I’ll be reminded that there are things like bills to pay.  You know, like having a place to live, food to eat, that type of stuff.  Not to mention that fun thing called Student Loans that I’ll have to start paying off shortly after returning to the motherland (that would be America).  So if you are interested in supporting me in that way, shoot me an email ([email protected]) and I can let you know how.
Thanks again for all of your support!  I love y’all!  Y’all are awesome!
P.S.  I absolutely love it here in the Phillipines.  I’ll be writing some updates over the next couple days so stay tuned for that!
