How a month fly’s by so quickly.
For the past 3 days of my life, I have had the privilege to be spending most of my time at Los Jardinos (the other village that we have been working with for the past month) working on digging holes for the people in the community (which is as tall as me) or mixing (over and over again) cement to lay a foundation for Pastor Nesters house. It has truly been a joyful and learning experience even through all of the sweat, heat, laughter, and even some tiring moments.
I love manual labor.
I love sweating; it makes me feel like a man. :>)
I love being with my brother and sisters who know Jesus, love Him with their whole heart, and will do anything for His will.
I love seeing the Lord give us strength when we are weak- both spiritually and physically.
I love how He gives us joy when we have none left.
I just love the Lord and His faithfulness and how it never ends.
This video, by Rusty Jackson, is just a glimpse of what we have been doing for these amazing people- I hope that it makes you laugh, smile, and that you will see Him through these “holes.”
Again, miss and love you guys—Thanks again for all of the encouraging words!
Watch this AMAZING video.
