Hi!
We are Robbie and Katie Hill! Robbie is 23 years old and I am 22 years old. We live in Greeley, CO and have been married for 3 years now! We have two awesome dogs, Tater, our dachshund, is almost 6 years old and Duke, our Border Collie, just turned 2! We both have wonderful, loving, and supportive families that have been a huge blessing to us both in life and in the beginning of this life altering process!
Robbie and I are both in school and are also YoungLife leaders at Valley high school in Gilcrest, CO. GO VIKINGS!!!!!! We have an amazing church family that we love dearly and some of the greatest friends anyone could hope for. We bought a house here in Greeley almost three years ago, and have rooted ourselves in this awesome place!
However, in our rooting, we have realized that this may not be where God is calling us to stay. We have both always wanted to go on missions trips and have talked many times about doing what we are doing now…but somehow, life got in the way and our comfortability took importance above God’s call in our life together. After a lot of prayer and guidance, we have decided to follow God’s call in our lives and uproot our life here in Greeley to go on The World Race. We realize that what we are asking God to do, make us uncomfortable and trust Him, is really difficult and scary, but we also know the freedom that comes along with letting Him be the master of our life.
