Hi there! First off thank you for clicking on my page. I am beyond excited to share this journey with you.
What is the WorldRace?
“The World Race is a stretching journey to serve “the least of these” while amongst real and raw community. This unique mission trip is a challenging adventure for young adults to abandon worldly possessions and a traditional lifestyle in exchange for an understanding that it’s not about you; it’s about the Kingdom.”
I will be living as a modern-day missionary in 11 different countries for 11 months, beginning in October 2018. I will be traveling to the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Lesotho, Swaziland, South Africa, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, Colombia, and Ecuador.
Why?
I see the WorldRace as an opportunity to put my full and complete trust in the Lord.
Throughout the eleven-month journey, I will be working with local ministries to bring awareness about global issues such as poverty, education, prostitution, HIV/AIDs pandemic, malnutrition, along with reaching the broken to share the Gospel. The Lord sparked my passion for international missions again last summer and since then have felt the tug to chase after this adventurous opportunity.
I will have the incredible opportunity to be a part of something much bigger than myself, a part of doing Kingdom work. The Lord calls us to go – to go and make disciples. I know taking this step to really ‘go’ will be a very difficult journey, but I know by placing my trust in Him, I cannot fail. As I seek Him in this next phase of life, all I hear is Him calling and I am just doing my best to follow.
If you know me at all, you know that this journey is a big step for me – but it is not about me.

In all of this, I need you. I need your prayers – prayers of protection, provision, strength, safety and most importantly, the fame of His Word. I know I will face many challenges throughout the WorldRace, but in this season of preparation, my greatest challenge is financial support. In preparing, I need to raise a total of $18,700. This number seems HUGE- but I am confident that the Lord will provide. As I take this step of faith, would you prayerfully consider joining me?
