Our Father is so beautiful and so, so amazing.

Simply Put.

God has been taking me on a walk through faith in Him and leaving everything you’ve ever known for Him. He is worth absolutely everything… absolutely every! When I left home to come on the World Race, I left my family and friends, a great job, a comfortable home… but it has been so worth it. It’s been rough, with my dad having emphysema and my sister-in-law battling with stage 4 throat cancer. I am always praying for them and thinking of them, just not being there is somewhat difficult. I had to leave them in the Hands of our Father and doing that has been so beautiful. Trusting fully in Him taking and relying on Jesus to take care of my family when I can’t do anything.

Since doing that, completely trusting Him, He has been doing that. Sometimes…no, most of the time God will ask you to do something that means dropping everything into His hands. God spoke to me when I was getting ready to leave and debating on staying home to be with family saying, “You can either keep your hands on your family and I’ll take mine off or take them off and I take care of everything..” So, I did exactly that.

I feel as if I am walking with a blindfold on.. Jesus has my hand and leading me on a path I never thought I would take. I am learning to hear His voice. When He say left, I go left. Just being lead like a Shepard leads His sheep. It’s beautiful not knowing where He is taking you and you don’t know what the outcome of everything will be. When you have no plans and you follow Him in everything you do.

And that is the journey I am on right this moment. It’s incredible to trust God with absolutely everything. I love this and wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Now next month, we will be in Vietnam and won’t have much access to wif. So I will not be blogging or posting on FaceBook. If you’d like to keep updated on what’s happening in my life and what we are doing email me at [email protected]. I will try my best to respond to everyone there.

Thank you for all the prayers and support. I am so thankful for each one of you. Much Love!
