We are so blessed! Thank you everyone for your generous donations!!  We have raised over 20% of our overall need!!

While this is awesome, we still have a long way to go.  Our next official goal is $15,000 by December 18th, which is two weeks prior to when we leave for our trip.  Our personal goal is to be fully funded with $33,000 by January 1, 2015.

Ways you can help:

  1. Be prayer warriors for us.  Pray that we reach our financial goals.  Also, pray for our us to have strength, patience, good health, safe travels, and spiritual guidance. 
  2. Check out our “Fundraiser” post and purchase some of our craft items for sale.
  3. Check out our “wish list” post and support us by helping us get the gear we need for our trip.
  4. Sacrifice a Christmas or birthday gift this year and have money donated to our cause instead. 
  5. Give a monetary donation
    1. By Mail- Send checks to Adventures in Missions, P.O. Box 742570, Atlanta, GA 30374    They do except checks and money orders.  Please put our names “Richard and Sarah Thomas” in the memo line, otherwise the money will not go to us.
    2. Online via our Blog- Select the “Support Me” tab on the left.  Please note that there is a 3% processing fee issued for credit cards through this method.
    3. Dynapay: For recurring donations they suggest using Dynapay which uses Electronic Funds Transfer.  Go to www.adventures.org/dynapay.  With this option, you must designate when you want to stop your recurring payment when you set up your payments, otherwise you will need to write the company a letter stating when you want to stop payments.  This option does not charge a processing fee.

Important things about donating:

Our World Race account will stop receiving funds after our final financial deadline of July 1, 2015.  Please stop your recurring payments by June 27, 2014 (it takes 2-3 days to process an online payment).  If donating via check or money order, please submit it before June 15, 2015 (it takes up to 2 weeks to process via this method). Otherwise, your donation will not make it into our account.
