After the World Race.

After Africa Expedition Passport team leading.

After India Passport team leading.

The infamous “What’s next?” question.

I’m used to that question by now. I’m also use to God telling me another country to go to. He always shows up a couple weeks before I am set to fly back to the States.

This time God said America.

Surprisingly, I am very excited to stay in America. I’m excited to have some comforts back.

A bed.

Reliable internet.

Reliable electricity.

American food.

Legit coffee, everyday, multiple times a day.

Clothing that I haven’t been able to wear for the past year.

Material things, but still comfort.

I’m excited about where I will be and the work I’ll be doing.

What is that exactly?

I’ll be working at Adventures in Missions as a Short-Term Missions Mobilizer.

That’s right, I’m moving to Gainesville, GA!

I’m so excited. As soon as I applied for this position things started falling into place from roommates to actually getting the job to support. I’m excited for what is to come living in such a community that really understands what I’ve been through in the past year. To living in a community that I know will push me, challenge me, and encourage me.

I’m excited to work at AIM. I think I have secretly always wanted to work there because of the work they are doing for the Kingdom. I know it won’t always be rainbows and butterflies and goodness, but it will be God. It will be for God and with God. I’m excited to be able to help empower more people to go out and be His hands and feet. My heart is for people wanting to go and do.

The fun part is coming home from India at the end of November. I have 2 weeks from when I’m back to transition and move to Georgia. Those 2 weeks will include finding an apartment in Gainesville, flying home, going through all my stuff at home to pack and move, celebrating Thanksgiving with my family, and road-tripping down to Georgia. Once again, my timeline is short, but I’m use to that.

With this position, I am asked to raise $500 a month as a part of my salary. I’ll continue to raise support, but I’m asking for people to partner with me by making monthly donations.

The reason why I include this is:

  1. I am to start working on December 10th. AIM is giving me grace with my support raising (especially since I am still raising support for India). But, I need to have my first 3 months, or $1,500, in my support account by the end of January.
  2. I need help. I need you. I need your continued support both financially and prayerfully.

Please consider supporting me monthly. If you join my support team, I plan on sending out monthly newsletters updating you on my life, how God is moving, and what I’m learning. You can donate on the left side of this page or email me at [email protected] for more details. Thank you!

So, there’s that. There’s my next step. That’s what God is calling me to next…for at least the next year of my life.
