HELLOOOOO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND EVERYONE!
First off, THANK YOU! for taking the time to check out my blog and taking the time to read! Let me start with telling you that my blogs will more then likely have ALOT of color because I love color! Let me start with telling you a little bit about myself. My name is Renee Griffiths, I am 21 years old, and I live in Sugar Land Texas. Some fun facts about myself…
- I LOVE YELLOW – yellow phone case, yellow nail polish, yellow everything!
- Coffee shops are my favorite “quiet” place to go to
- I DONT EAT LEFT OVERS! *I’ll probably have to get over this sooner or later*
- I’m 21 and I’m STILL scared to walk from the kitchen to my upstairs bedroom alone late at night so I often walk VERY fast or just run. lol.
- One time I ate a whole bag of Milano cookies in one sitting. NO SHAME.
Now back to the other stuff! I really don’t know how to write “About Me” sections, usually when people ask me “Tell me about yourself” I’m just like “uhhhh, i mean what do you want to know?” But let me try this out….
I was born in New Zealand, I lived there until the age of 6. Then moved to Ohio and lived there for a year (age 7), I then moved to California and lived there for about 7 years (age 14) and my family moved to Texas about 7ish years ago! I have lived in pretty much every climate (i think). Everyone always asks me “What was your favorite place to live?” and EVERY time I say “Well, California had the best weather, but Texas has the more polite and kind people.” WHICH I LOVE!!!!
Growing up as a kid I have always had a heart for homeless people and I have always wanted to go on a mission trip to minister and to just love on people, and I’m so honored that God is calling me out into the nations to do more then that. For all the years that I have wanted to go, now I get to go on AN ELEVEN MONTH MISSION TRIP!!!! WHAAAATTT! How cool is God! God is just so cool and I love him!!!
If you would like to keep up with my journey STARTING NOW, I will be trying to write a blog once a month until LAUNCH, and then when I am on the mission doing Gods good work, I’m going to try my best to write a blog every two weeks just about what God is doing in my life, and what is happening in my life on the field, or whatever God puts on my heart!
