To all my supporters
First of all I want to send a big thank you to everyone who has supported me thus far through prayers and financial support. I couldn`t have made it this far with out everyone of you. I feel the love and prayers from a far.
As of today we are in beautiful Quito Ecuador again for team debrief. All 50 of us are staying at nice hostals for 4 days to have time to relax and rejuvinate. The weather is beautiful and we have hot showers and comfortable beds:) God is definitely good.
At this point in time I am at $9,362. I need $10,000 before April 1 to continue this mission trip. My final goal is $14,300 by the 6th month. Just to remind some of you where your money is going. The support you give goes towards food, lodging and transportation, and translators if needed. These are major things for me as so far we have been blessed. I am not going hungry and we are being adequately taken care of for lodging and transportation. My team and I have been blessed thus far.
If I don`t have the money before April 1 I will be heading home. I don`t believe that is where God is leading me at this time. I strongly feel that God has put me out here for many reasons.
Some of the reasons are:
1. I have experienced so much personal growth spiritually. Seeing God work in my life has been truly amazing thus far. I believe God wants to keep developing and shaping me to be more like him. He is not done with me yet:)
2. I am learning to be a true servant and learning to step into the shoes of those we are serving. We have blessed them and in return they have blessed us.
3. To get out of my comfort zone and experience the world around me as it truly is. To see the poverty and hurting people has and will continue to open my eyes more.
These are just a few reasons amongst many. I know God is bigger then any of us and he will provide no matter what. Please prayerfully consider supporting me in my journey ahead.
