While I sit here and listen to the song “how great is our God” I just continue to thank God for all He is doing and has done.
The past few weeks I have been having a hard time staying motivated and thinking positive that I can do this. I am at times bogged down by thoughts of “can I really raise this money”? Is God going to really provide the means for me to go on the World Race? And the list is endless. It still doesn’t feel real to me at times and I feel like anytime my bubble is going to burst and it’s all just a dream.

Is God going to really provide the means for me to go on the World Race? And the list is endless. It still doesn’t feel real to me at times and I feel like anytime my bubble is going to burst and it’s all just a dream.
As I sat in church on Sunday I started zoning at out at times during the worship and sermon. And then our pastor started talking about how we are living our lives on this earth. He said “live your lives as if you were leaving” He asked the question if you were to leave this earth how would you want to be remembered?
I started thinking about that and realized that I want to be remembered as someone who is not afraid to take steps of faith and is a braveheart.
I started thinking that if I was to all of sudden be told I only had a month or so to live what would I want to look back over my life and remember. Would I want to sit there and regret that I never lived out my dreams because of fear or would I want to look back and remember that I did the World Race and will never live a day to regret it. I want to be changed, shaken and rocked to the core. I want to be able to live my dreams right now and not shut the door to my hearts desires because of the enemy telling me I can’t do it!!!!

When I think of tenting and living out of our comfort zones it scares me at times. I think that I may want to quit and pack up and come home….but I am not there for me or my comfort I am there to shower people with God’s love and serve God alone. This is not about me, it’s about God and his precious children.
So again how do you want to be remembered, and are you living your life like you are leaving? I know I am learning this more and more every day.

Also pray that my thoughts don’t take me captive and that I can continue to persevere and have the strength to continue this journey.
