Hi! We are in Australia and I am safe and sound. I’m sorry that I haven’t been keeping up on blogs. We were staying at a ywam base outside of Brisbane for about a week and then on Monday we flew from Brisbane to Darwin. Well, we were supposed to but our flight got cancelled so we had to catch a flight to Sydney and then run through the airport with our ginormous packs and finally hop on a plane to Darwin. I thought it was hot in Brisbane but, no no, it is disgusting where we are. We took a 6 hour bus from Darwin to a little farmhouse in the Katherine area. We are in the boonies. Imagine if you will: Tall grass, red dirt, bush, swamp, trees, barbed wire fences to keep the crocs out. I almost got killed by a snake this morning… more like I saw it from 10 feet away and booked it in the other direction, but still, it was brown and they told me to stay away from the brown ones. There are bugs, butterflies, snakes, crocodiles, wallabies, and kangaroos EVERYWHERE… and did I say it was 160 degrees? Man it’s hot. We still aren’t exactly sure what all we will be doing this month but we will definitely be working in Aboriginal communities. And on Fridays we have the opportunity to drive to a soup kitchen and feed the homeless… which I’m sooo excited about. i literally have one minute left so i will leave you with one more update and try to write more later-
our route got changed- so instead of flying to Malaysia next month we will be spending the month in the Philippines.!

Love you guys
