Thailand is one of the main reasons I chose this route, so I was really excited about praying particularly for it and learning about it today. One of the biggest reasons I felt called to missions was because my eyes were opened to the injustice in the world. There are so many horrible things that go on everyday and most of us have no idea or simply chose to ignore them. I read Sold by Patricia McCormick in high school and ever since then I'd felt a burden for children in the sex-trafficking industry. That is the main reason I was drawn towards Thailand. I pray that God is moving and working there.

Today was also day 3 of my fast and I ate a sandwich. It happened so fast. I was super hungry all day and we didn't have any more soup. I don't even remember why I opened the fridge but I remember that sandwich, it looked delicious and before I knew it, I ate it. Haha, that may have been a little dramatic, but I felt horrible after I finished it. I was like what did I just do, it is only day 3?! But I'm going to continue with my fast and pray I stay strong. I've never done a fast like this before.
