Sunday as we handed out Bibles outside the oldest, largest Hindu temple in Thailand, I was approached by a couple middle-aged Thai gentlemen. These men proceeded to ask “Can I have one, please,” referring to the Thai New Testaments I had in my hand. They were so eager to receive the Word of God…it blew me away. It also rejuvenated me – we had been walking around for probably an hour just trying to hand out the Bibles we had, and when I was about at the point of being frustrated and sick of it, those two men came up. They had seen us or talked to their friends who received Bibles or something prompted them, and they came up with open hands, ready to receive the Word of God. Wow!
