As this month comes to a close and we prepare to head into our next month of ministry I was reflecting back on just how busy this past month has been. I collected some tallies from this past month that will hopefully give you a glimpse into how crazy this past month has been. I am sure there are crazier months to come (Especially in Africa), but I figure this is a good starting point. Enjoy!

I still can’t believe that this past month is over, but I am SO excited about our ministry next month! As teams, we were asked to pray about the possible ministries next month and where we felt the Lord calling us to go. It was such an amazing experience to pray and listen for the Lord’s voice as a team! After much prayer our team felt the Lord calling us to a rehab center for at risk teens. After letting our squad leaders know where we felt the Lord calling us we waited for a few days as they prayed over all of the team placements.

Once arriving at debrief we were informed that our ministry for next month will be…..the children’s rehab center!!!! The main idea of the ministry is to love on the kids and help them to trust again. I am so excited to build relationships with the kids (ranging in age from 12-17 years old) throughout this next month! Internet will be limited, but I promise to update everyone as much as possible.
