It's the so called eleventh hour.
Something you learn to get acquainted to on the race is deadlines. Before coming many of you all know that I had to raise 15,500 dollars- an amount the Lord blessed me with by month one of this 11 month journey. I have a question to ask of you as my friends and as my family. This trip is obviously not done alone, and I could not be more thankful. I have been pushed, encouraged, built up, and edified by the most faithful of companions. Here is where my question comes: I want to ask you all if you would be willing to support one of my teammates? Her name is Elizabeth Gonzalez or Likki as we call her for short. She is someone I spent the first 3 months with and now I pray by God's will the last 4 months. I have seen her grow closer to the Lord and truly ask Him those hard questions many of us avoid as to not look like we are faithless. She is strong, beautiful, wise, joyful, tender, loving… this list could go on and on really. The point behind all of this is to say that She is suppose to be here. God is a God of completion and He does not start a good work without finishing it. I know many of you have asked me if you could support me and were unable to before so here is your chance. She is looking to raise $4,874.96 in the next two days. I know that seems extreme and many of you doubt it possible. Let me tell you God is a God of the impossible. He takes mountains and removes them. He parts the red sea. He raises the dead to life. He is faithful to those who ask. Maybe you have 10 dollars to give well I say give it. Maybe there is 15 people out there willing to give up 310 dollars so I say give it. I believe He will multiply every donation given and bless every prayer prayed.
