May God bless us with a restless discomfort
about easy answers, half-truths and superficial relationships,
so that we may seek truth boldly and love deep within our hearts.
May we be blessed with holy anger at injustice, oppression,
and exploitation of people, so that we may tirelessly work for
justice, freedom, and peace among all people.
May we be blessed with the gift of tears to shed with those who suffer
from pain, rejection, starvation, or the loss of all that they cherish, so that we may
reach out our hand to comfort them and transform their pain into joy.
May we be blessed with enough foolishness to believe that
WE really CAN make a difference in this world, so that we are able,
with God’s grace, to do what others claim cannot be done.
WE CAN —
With compassion and by embracing the gifts that we were given in life, we can all give a little bit back to end hunger in our communities, our county, and our world.

Bound to a chair, Bradley’s life has been dictated by where his wheels can go. As we approached the beach, Bradley’s eyes began to tear up. He hadn’t been to the ocean since he was a baby.. His appreciation and zeal for life has changed my world completely.

These people have impacted our lives, changed our hearts and gave us a deeper meaning to this life we live. All through a Loving exchange.
