Hello!
My name is Rebecca Frantz. I am 24 years old and live in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I have a Bachelor’s degree in psychology from Berry College and am currently a parapro at Britt Elementary working with the kindergarten classes. I am an avid reader and enjoy running, hiking, and being outside in general.
In 2014 I went on my first mission trip to Nepal. I spent seven weeks doing relational ministry, experiencing the culture, getting to know the people, and connecting them with God. This trip taught me so much about God’s character and the importance of sharing Him with everyone I come into contact with. The summer of 2015, I went back to Nepal for an earthquake relief trip. I had another amazing experience on this trip and learned how exemplifying Christ through just our actions can have a huge impact on His kingdom.
Within the last few months I found myself at a crossroads. I could continue my life here, pursuing grad school and a career, or I could leave everything behind for 11 months and pursue something even bigger than myself. I decided to participate in the World Race because I’m so tired of living in a world that is hurting and broken. God has led me to this journey and to this route so that I can practice His command of sharing Him with the nations.
I am so very excited for this journey to begin! I hope you will join me through not only financial support, but through prayers for me, my team, and the people we meet over the next year. Thank you so much for your support, and make sure to subscribe to my blog to get updates throughout this adventure!
God bless!
