TODAY.
Look at your life for a second.
How have you seen God move?
What are you expecting God to do IN and THROUGH you?
He is moving all the time.
Even when I don’t “feel” it.
Even when I can’t SEE it.
Even when I’m not looking.
If only we could imagine for a second… that with God…
THERE. ARE. NO. LIMITS.
— John 14:12-14 —
“I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even GREATER things than these, because I am going to the Father. And I will do whatever you ask in my name, so that the Son may bring glory to the Father. You may ask ANYTHING in my name, and I will do it.”
So why do I still hold back?
What am I holding onto that I just can’t let go of?
Why do I keep falling for Satan’s lies instead of clinging on God’s truth?
What am I NOT asking for?
I know God is sovereign. And HIS will always wins.
Even when I don’t like it. Even when it doesn’t go my way.
But that shouldn’t hinder me from ASKING.
Even if it IS different than what I want.
Even if it IS silence instead of a clear, lightning bolt answer.
God is constantly moving.
He is working things out right now in your life.
Even if you’re frustrated.
Even when you don’t know all the answers.
More so, He is working ALL OVER THE PLACE. Like in Mozambique, for example.
This month in Mozambique, my team has been partnering with Beacon of Hope, a ministry with a 3-year discipleship program geared towards equipping teenage boys to further their pursuit of God, work/trade, and education. In the past week, God has already answered two of our prayers for this ministry:
1. He has provided the funds for us spend this weekend in the bush,
painting a clinic and reaching out to the villagers.
2. He has safely brought home the son of Angie (director of Beacon of Hope)
after being separated for 43 days.
It’s been incredible to see the fruit of our prayers this month. That as we’ve been praying and interceding for this ministry, God has been answering!
Please join me in praying for Beacon of Hope this month!
Pray that God would continue to overtake this place with His fire.
That it would enflame the hearts of everyone in this community.
That He would overwhelm this nation with His jealous love.
I’m excited for what’s in store these next two weeks here. I am expecting GREATER THINGS. In my life. In YOUR life. In this ministry. In our surroundings!
It’s time for us to JOIN Him in His constant motion,
receiving eyes to see from HIS perspective!
