A little over a month ago, I turned 24. Around that time, I came up with a Birthday Fundraiser in order to meet my third financial deadline ($11,000) by April 1st. Here is what happened:
I received 17 different donations
from 14 different people
2 of whom were anonymous donors
for a total of US$ 3,580.70
which put me at US$ 11,092!
For people who donated more than once during this time, I combined their donations in order to determine what bracket of the Birthday Fundraiser they placed in.
12 people are receiving postcards ($20-$79)
2 people are receiving postcards + a souvenir! ($150+)
The largest donation received was anonymous, and I am SO touched and humbled by this selfless generosity. Thank you, Anonymous Donor(s).
The largest non-anonymous donation was $220, and one selfless girl will be receiving a World Race care package at the end of the year. THANK YOU!
Thank you so much to everyone who participated and supported me. I do not have words to express my gratitude towards you. I am here because God has worked through you, so thank you for being willing and for listening to Him.
