If I were to die today, what would I want people to know?

I would want my parents to know just how much I love them and how grateful I am to God for giving me the best parents ever. I would tell them thank you for everything they ever did for me. I would tell them thank you for raising me up in the ways of the Lord which is the best gift any child could receive. I would want them to know that God is well pleased with them for taking such great care of his princess. I would want them to know how grateful I am for their love. How grateful I am for every prayer that was prayed on my behalf. I would tell them to keep growing together in their walk with Christ. To allow God to change their hearts so that they can grow more and more in love with God and will then grow more and more in love with each other. I would want their children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to see the love of Jesus, when they see my parents love each other. I would want them to know that it has been a joy being their daughter. Mainly, that I love them with all of my heart.

I would want my siblings to know that I love them so much. I would want them to know that growing up along side them has been the best adventure ever and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I would want them to know that they are each individually special to me and that I want the best for them. I want them to know how much God loves them. I want them to experience the love of God like I have. I would tell them that NOTHING can ever separate them from the love of God. Neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor demons. NOTHING! I want them to walk into the man and women that God has created them to be and walk in freedom knowing that God has their future and that they can put their hope in Him.

I would want to tell my nephews that I love them more than anything and probably more than anyone else in the world. Like if they were my own sons. I would tell them that they have made me so happy just by being born and that I love them just the way they are.  I would tell them that God loves them so much and that they don’t have to ever earn his love. God gives it freely and graciously. And that this love will never ever go away. I want them to know that God is always good. When they face difficult times in their lives, I would want them to know that God will never leave them, and that He always is good even when it doesn’t seem like it. I would want them to know that I know that God has brought them to this earth for a grand purpose and that they need to step into their calling. I want to tell them that they are going to do great things for the kingdom of God. I would want them to know that God is pleased with them. Just because they are His. Not because of anything they did or did not do, or because of anything they will and will not do. He loves them so much! I would want them to know that I am such a proud auntie and that I love them with all of my heart.

I would want my best friends to know that they are such a blessing in my life and I thank God for placing such amazing women in my life. I would tell them that I love them so much. I would tell them that I am grateful for every laugh that was laughed, every tear that was shed, every word that was shared. I loved every moment together with them. I would want them to know just how much God loves them. I would want to tell them to always keep their eyes on Jesus and never take them off of Him. Even when times may come where it seems like their drowning and can’t make it out, to never take their eyes off Jesus. I would tell them that God is sovereign and does what He wants, when He wants, but He is ALWAYS GOOD!

I would want to let all of them know that I apologize for not being the perfect daughter, the perfect sister, the perfect auntie, or the perfect friend. I know that I have made mistakes in my life. But I would want to thank them all for loving me anyway. Despite all of my flaws. I would want them to know that God has been taking me through a long process and has been slowly changing my heart day by day. And that if I lived passed today I would ask God daily to help be a better daughter, sister, auntie, and friend.

I would want to tell my other family and friends not mentioned above that I love them as well. That I am grateful for every person that God has brought into my life.
To those who have Jesus in their hearts, I would want to tell them to persevere until the end. To finish their race strong. I would want them to know that they are all dearly loved by God and He has their future in His hands. I would tell them not to waist time because we do not know the time or day Jesus will return. I would tell them to have an urgency in their hearts to see people being saved and brought into the kingdom of God. The world needs to hear about Jesus. I would tell them thank you for their encouraging words, for their prayers, and for their love.
To my family and friends who have not accepted Jesus into their hearts yet, I would want them to know that I love them because God loves them. I would want them to one day experience the love of God and know that they will never find a love like that anywhere or from anyone. I would tell them that this world will one day pass away. Everything that they hold dear will be gone. Family, friends, homes, cars, money, statuses, etc…. it will all be gone! One day our time on this earth end, and then what? I would want them to know that there is someone that we can put our hope in and his name is JESUS CHRIST!!! Jesus came to seek and saved the lost. We are all lost if we don’t have Jesus. I would tell them that with Jesus their future is secure. Not just their earthly future, but for eternity. I want to see all of my loved ones with me in the kingdom of God. I don’t want you to come to God forced because that’s not how it works. And I also don’t want you to come to God because you fear going to hell. You need to ask God to change your heart. You should want to come to Him because of His never ending never changing love for you. Jesus is the one who saves. You cannot save yourself. Just know that God loves you! Truly, Deeply, Passionately loves you!

I think I got everything off my chest that I would want to say if I were to die today. Because you all know tomorrow is not guaranteed to anyone. So just let the people you love know how you feel on an daily basis or at least on a regular basis. I don’t know when my time will come, but I know that because I have my hope in Jesus, that my eternity is secure and that I am ready to go whenever He calls me back home. This world is not my home. I am an alien here. Just sent to share a message of hope and love to the world. So be encouraged all who read this. And know that there is a God who loves you!
