What’s up sinners!?! Coming to you live from Ometepe, Nicaragua is Randall Robaczewski with a brand new blog! I’d like to start off the way I do in every blog by apologizing for how long its been since I’ve written haha. For the past month and a half I’ve been living next to an active volcano…on an island…in the middle of a lake…an hour and a half away from the mainland… Its absolutly amazing being here!

The VOLCANO MUAHAHA

(Katie, Christa, and Hannah waiting for the volcano to erupt…oh and watching baseball)^^^^

     My wifi fasting has been just as fruitful as I thought it would be, but its been pretty hard not being able to talk to one outside of this little island haha. My team and I have been living and serving at the Cicrin Child Refuge Center for the past month and a half, and only have a little over a month left! You know what that means right? I’M COMING HOME SOON! 😀

     I’m gonna be straight up honest with you, being home has been on my mind so much ever since I got to see my amazing mom back when my squad first came to Nicaragua. I’d find my self thinking about my to little bros and how great its gonna be to spend my days with them again or about my best friends and our pizza/root beer parties. The hard part about being so close to home is being distracted by sweet thoughts like that. I have to be constantly checking myself to make sure that I’m not missing out on something God has for me here. I stumble a lot in this, but God has been using my teammates to help keep me present, which is super awesome. Whether its during dinner, ministry, team time, or just in passing during the day, the spirit speaks to me through different people, reminding me that he’s still here, that he never left, and that I’m not done with the race yet! In fact, I don’t think I’ll ever be done with the race! I want to come back home and maintain healthy prayer. I want to come back home and worship God even more feverishly than I do now. I want to come back home and continue seeking opportunities to introduce the Holy Spirit to my friends and people I meet. This blog is short, but I hope it gives you a glimpse of my heart and how I’m doing. Next time I see you guys will be at my new ministry site in Wisconsin(;
