Home for Christmas!

Being able to spend time with friends and family for the majority of December is such a blessing! The past two years I have been able to be home for more than two weeks for the month of December.
When I left Georgia that weekends high temperature was 44 degrees. I won’t even share the low. We know Californians get made fun of because we complain how cold it is when it’s anything less than 65. The day after I left GA it snowed. While my GA buddies were playing in the snow I was enjoying the warm 75-degree Cali sunshine =)
This is a picture of my buddy Clay on his snow day
December also means Christmas cards!

What a great photo of my nephews!
December means in less than two months I will be flying to Southeast Asia, specifically Cambodia. As I have mentioned before I have never been to Asia but I am super excited about this opportunity! For the month of February, I will be paired with a Gap Year Squad, Gap N. Gap Year is a nine-month program for adults right out of high school ages 18 – 21.
I am still in need of fundraising. Currently, I am at $1,075.00 and needing an additional $1,535.00 to reach my goal of $2,610.00. Would you consider donating to my three-month missions trip to Cambodia? For those of you that have already said yes to donating can you please click the link at the top of this blog to donate before Christmas?
Thank you all for taking time to read my blog and for donating!
God bless,
Raf!
Next blog post will share more about Gap N!
